21 Days of Transformation: Day 1 – New Beginnings

Every day is a new beginning

Every ending opens up space for a new beginning…

And every beginning opens up the opportunity for a new ending.

Of course, there has to be a beginning before an ending.

And in life, we have many things going on at the same time…

We have many people in our lives, creating multiple relationships to nurture…

Many things to think about…

Many tasks to prioritise and keep working on…

Many problems that cause anxiety and stress.

Some of our problems will get resolved…

Some won’t.

Some of our tasks will get completed…

Some won’t.

Some of our relationships will change as people leave our lives and new ones come into it.

Some won’t.

New endings.

New beginnings.

And with each new beginning, we create new memories to be stored away.

And then…

Sometime in the future…

Something will remind us of where we were…

Where this all began…

And then there will be smiles…

Lessons learned…

Maybe tears.

And these beginnings…

The places where things started…

Are essential to you now.

Because they create emotions.

And those emotions bring on thoughts.

And your thoughts develop into plans.

And actions.

New beginnings.

And maybe…

Just maybe…

An ending.

Each ending…

Each beginning…

Has place attached to it…

A physical location…

A place on our timeline…

A place within our thoughts…

And maybe the thoughts of others.

Everything we do…

Everyone we know…

Everything…

Is linked…

By time and place.

The places remain, but time moves on.

So, maybe…

Iit’s time to move on to somewhere or something new.

Time to build or rebuild.

Time to let go of any mistakes you made.

Time to let go of your bad decisions.

Time to let go of the pain.

Time to forgive others…

Time to forgive yourself.

Time to ask questions…

Do I need to hold on?

Or move on?

Do I stay still?

Or do I reach out?

Do I let go?

Or do I grab tight?

Do I stay here?

I do I find a new place?

Spend time with your thoughts.

Let them drift in and out of your consciousness…

And your unconsciousness.

Feel your emotions.

Go back to that place where this all began…

Go as an observer…

Watch from the outside and without judgement.

If you need to let go…

Let go.

If you need to move on…

Move on.

If you need to grow…

Grow.

Just do what you feel is right.

Trust your instincts.

Trust your thoughts.

Trust yourself.
