And the cause?
People from our past and how they’ve treated us.
Behaviours learned from people close to us… parents, siblings, friends…
The thing is, even though you think you’ve forgotten something, your subconscious mind hasn’t.
So your reactions will harden over time until you react without thinking consciously.
Your subconscious mind kicks in, and you react and make decisions based on past events, not what’s happening in the present time.
The thing is this doesn’t just affect reactions to things such as people pushing in front of you…
It affects major decisions throughout your life, so you end up going down a route subconsciously, based on past events, rather than choosing your destiny in the present moment.
Pause here for a moment.
Think about some of your reactions…
Do you react without thinking?
Do you always have to be in control?
Do you always have to be right?
